One on One - 2 hours - $60

Empower yourself with a one-on-one makeup lesson where you learn how to apply a full face. You receive instruction and product knowledge on each cosmetic item and how it applies to you... the size and shape of your features, your skin tone, as well as your eye and hair color. Your makeup is customized to bring out your very best quickly and easily, and you gain confidence in yourself and your abilities when you learn from an expert.

Feature by feature, you will be guided with the necessary tools and application techniques to enhance your natural beauty. Each item will be demonstrated on half your face while you practice hands on with the other half. Step by step, you acquire skills as you go, and a whole new perspective on makeup. By the end of the lesson you will be well on your way to understanding your face, your skin and what works best for your own distinctive characteristics.

So whether you're a "first timer" to makeup, or simply want to improve your technique and update your look, our one on one makeup lesson comes complete with eye and face charts and your personalized Wink Cosmetics makeup profile.

Teen Makeup Lessons - 4 to 6 Participants - For 12 to 18 year olds - $40 per person

A perfect option for teen birthday parties, this group makeup lesson includes a one hour demonstration on the birthday girl while educating her guests on all aspects of skin care and makeup. Featuring items from Wink Cosmetics, the group lesson includes in-depth product knowledge, tips and tricks, and the "do's and don'ts" of applying makeup.

After the lesson, each guest receives a personalized 30 minute full makeup application, Wink Cosmetics Mini Wand Gloss, and the chance to design their own personalized take home face chart.

At Makeup In Motion, we come to the venue of your choice and offer mobile makeup on your wedding day. Whether it's your home, your hairdresser or your hotel room, our team of professional makeup artists is prepared to apply makeup to you and your entire bridal party.

With the exception of lipstick, our bridal makeup is applied to last as long as you do. It's designed to hold it's color and wear impeccably and is customized to each individual in your bridal party. And for ladies who need a lipstick to touch up with, we provide an entire selection of Wink Cosmetics lip options for purchase.

Trials are done at our Oshawa makeup studio no later than 2 months prior to your wedding day and are $45 per person. Group or mobile trials are at the venue of your choice and are $55.

At Makeup In Motion, we work first come first serve and require a $50 deposit to secure your booking. Your deposit is directly applied to your wedding day makeup or any package you purchase. HST, gratuity, and mobility fees are additional.

At Makeup In Motion, we use only a gentle cream facial wax that helps to limit redness typically caused by waxing. The area is cleansed and protected before waxing and completely soothed afterwards. And your makeup is always touched up before you go.

 

Waxing for men is also available and is quoted individually.

 

 

Applying spa products formulated with essential oils, vitamins, and plant extracts, Makeup In Motion's signature facials include 10 blissful skin care treatments, a luxurious hand and arm massage, and soothing neck and sinus pillows. Single facials are available at our Oshawa studio, and group facials are at your venue of choice.

Glycolic Facial - Hyper - Pigmentation / Suntanned Permaturely Aged / Oily Intoxicated & Uneven Textured Skins

Re-surfaces, repairs and evens out hyper-pigmentation caused by UVA / UVB exposure. Smoothes lines, fades acne scars and decongests blocked pores. Best result is achieved through a series of 6 treatments applied weekly, followed by a monthly glycolic facial for maintenance thereafter.

At Makeup In Motion, we provide earlobe piercing with the Inverness 2000 ear piercing system. With 23 earring styles to choose from in both 14kt yellow or white gold, our piercing studs are encapsulated in cartridges at all times for maximum hygiene. Complete with dome backings for comfort, styles and stones vary in size, shape and color.

The piercing is free with the purchase of the earrings which range in price from $37 to $56. After Care cleansing solution is $5. Earrings must remain in the ears for a minimum of 8 weeks to allow proper healing and formation.

This service is provided at our Oshawa studio only and we specialize in ear piercing for babies and children.
